Now it’s much easier and faster to request your documents, such as certified transcripts. You can do this directly from your Student Portal under the Procedures section.
Steps to follow to request documents:
- Log in to your Student Portal as usual.
- Select the Procedures tab.
- Click Start Request.
- Choose the items you wish to request and click Continue.
- Complete your payment. You will receive a confirmation email once the process is finished.
Each request displays a description and an estimated delivery time.
Note:
To request special certificates or a letter of acceptance (used only in Venezuela to collect your documentation), you must complete the Request Procedures form.
Payments to Dawere International High School must be made in USD via Zelle, PayPal, cash, or Bank of America.
Please note that no refunds will be issued for errors in submitted requests.
If you would like your documents sent via courier service, please consider the following:
- Dawere International does not ship to P.O. boxes. All shipments go to physical addresses that guarantee safe and timely delivery.
- For deliveries within Venezuela, we use MRW’s courier service. Please provide the address and office number of the MRW branch nearest you.
- Dawere is not a postal carrier; therefore, the student or representative is responsible for all shipping fees.
- Dawere is not liable for any loss or damage to the envelope or its contents once they are in transit.
