To process documents for your beneficiaries, such as proof of enrollment, proof of studies, certified transcripts to date, or grade packages, follow these instructions:
1. Click on the form to request documents. On this form, you will find the administrative costs next to the name of the document and shipping costs associated with all our procedures.
2. Follow the instructions on the form, filling in all the details. If you have any questions, you can click on Contact us, and we will get back to you shortly.
3. If you are an organization and have a fee agreement with us, you must request the invoice associated with your beneficiaries and complete the payment method with the associated invoice number. If you wish to pay directly, you must add up the amounts of the documents, as well as the shipping cost for those documents if you want them sent to an address. Attach the payment receipts at the end of the form.
Important note: identify the attached data with the name of the organization and the first and last name of the responsible applicant.
Remember that in Venezuela, the degree package cannot be sent by mail. If you wish to request it, you must pick it up at the Dawere Caracas offices.
