The following documents can be requested from the Academic Affairs Department at Dawere International High School. Before submitting a request, please note that all documents are issued in English and, once the process has begun, no refunds will be given.
Digital procedures
These documents are sent digitally in PDF format and are ideal for quick procedures.
- Proof of Enrollment Letter: certifies that the student is enrolled in a specific academic period.
- Proof of High School Diploma in Process (only for graduates who have already requested their graduation package): confirms that the student has met the requirements for graduation and is awaiting their diploma.
- GPA Letter with Ranking / Graduation Ranking Letter (only for graduates): details the student's grade point average (GPA) and their ranking in relation to their class.
- Certificate of Good Moral Character: document stating that the student has not been subject to any disciplinary measures and is of good character.
- Certified Transcripts (Simple Transcripts / Official Transcript): document containing the student's complete record of grades and GPA.
These documents have a minimum processing time of 4 business days once the payment and administrative status of the student have been validated.
Physical documents
These documents are issued in physical format and sent by registered mail.
- Notarized High School Transcripts and Diploma (for graduates only): These are the diploma and official certified transcripts authenticated by a notary. They can be requested with a Hague Apostille for international validity.
- Notarized transcripts: A summary of grades authenticated by a notary. They can also be requested with a Hague Apostille.
These documents have a minimum processing time of 4 to 6 weeks for notarized documents and 12 weeks if requested with an Apostille.
Application Requirements
To process any document, you must meet the following requirements:
- Be administratively solvent.
- Have a complete student profile.
- Have all the required documents uploaded and approved on the platform.
